Lots of my students are using Mac. Anyone has experience using on Mac computers for recording and other functions?

I use audacity or quicktime player to record voices. I am currently having trouble getting my flash player to connect with the mic so I am only able to upload audio files.

What browser are they using? As of right now, I can't record using Firefox, but Safari works perfectly.

I cannot record using either Safari or Chrome.
When I click the bubble, nothing happened. Please help.
